Bodrum Peninsula apartment rental details

The Apartment
Overlooking the Bay of Mandalya with its crystal blue waters and clear blue skies this stylish apartment is built to a high standard complete with a luxury kitchen and bathroom. Every room is well furnished boasting marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. There is a 12 meter square balcony which is fully furnished and boasts a great brick built bbq, perfect for outside dining overlooking the spectacular bay views.

Outside
The Turquoise Bay complex is the only central development located on the beachfront in the Tuzla area of the Bodrum Peninsula. The area is famous for its nature reserve, where the salt water lake houses thousands of attractive pink flamingos during the months of October to April. Bogazici Beach is a pretty beach located approximately 200 meters from the apartment towards the village. There are plenty of sun beds and a cafe and the water is perfect for swimming as it does not get too deep very quickly. This beach joins on to the Taraca Beach Club.

Local Area
The idyllic village of Boðaziçi is a ten minute walk along the beach and you will find everything you need there. There are three or four small shops for all your daily requirements and a very traditional café where you can sit and watch the small fishing boats whilst drinking Turkish tea.There is a market every Sunday in the village where you can buy most things, fruit and veg, clothing, meat, cheese, olives, etc. Bogazici has a attractive deep blue bay surrounded by olive trees.
Boat trips from the village offer a chance to visit secluded beaches and coves, swim in crystal clear waters and enjoy your lunch that will be cooked on the beach.The boat is moored near the village square and Kaptan Yilmaz is always on hand to give you more details.
Set in the heart of the luscious greens of Bodrum Peninsula and the world famous Tuzla nature reserve and salt lake inhabited from Winter to Spring by Flamingos, the new Vita Park Golf Course is only a five minute drive from Turquoise Bay. This is to due to be Turkeys first PGA Course and boasts the best facilities in Turkey including equipment hire. The course is open for pay and play and not just members only.
