Fethiye villa rental details

Shiraz Villa
Shiraz Villa is located on the picturesque mountain side in Ovacik, its a private villa with six bedrooms four of them with en-suite bathroom. There are three bedrooms on the first floor all with air conditioning two double and one twin and one en-suite.

Ground floor there is an open plan living room and dining room and separate kitchen area, as well as a separate wc. Double opening doors open onto a large terrace which is used mainly for dining and relaxing. From the terrace there are steps leading down on to the pool terrace which can easily cope with up to 12 people. Swimming pool size is 10m x 5m

Lower ground has three bright and airy en-suite bedrooms consisting of two double and one twin room, downstairs does not have air conditioning as they are a lot cooler due to being lower ground.

Locally there are three small hotels which offer dining facilities as well as a couple of local shops catering for most needs, with some of them offering free delivery

The surrounding area is picturesque with the main road to Olu Denis, Fethiye and Hisaronu on 200m away making it an ideal central location

Hisaronu is only five minutes away by dolmus and is a lively town with lots of resturants and bars.There is something for everyone.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double,2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The music system will play radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

lesley says: "I would recommend this villa 100%. We were a party of 11 ranging from 18 months to 48years and holidayed in May/June 2010. The villa was ideal, the pool fantastic and everyone had a great time. The owner was superb and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything, transfers were arranged without a hitch and as we came from different countries on different dates how good is that. The villa is in a lovely setting, the area is quiet but not so quiet that you are worried about making a bit of noise. The nearest resort town is just a 10 minute dolmus bus ride away, the dolmus stops just 2 mins downt the road from the villa, their are local shops just a few minutes walk away for those essential supplies, they even deliver free of charge. We had a great time and as I said would very highly recommend this lovely villa"
