On this floor there is a separate WC and wash basin, and two double sofa beds.

Both bedrooms have air-conditioning. balconies, and ample wardrobe and storage cabinets. There is also a main bathroom on this level. Both bathrooms are wet rooms.
There is an ironing board, iron, clothes airer, hairdryer and portable bbq all for use. Cots and high-chairs are available to rent - this can be arranged by the owner.
Oaklands Complex
Oaklands is a small complex consisting of 16 villas, 20 apartments, two swimming swimming pools and a small bar stocking some essential supplies. One of the swimming pools has a childrens section. The complex is in the village of Ovacik - between the towns of Fethiye and Hisaronu. Hisaronu is 20minutes walking distance away, Fethiye is 15 minutes by bus.
There is a bar/cafe on the complex which also stocks essential supplies. Aaron or his staff will cook most snacks there, and we can also recommend their bbq if you fancy a quiet night in without cooking yourself! If you have any problems at all during your stay Aaron will be able to assist you.
Out and About
The main road running between Fethiye and Oludeniz is about a ten minute walk away, with buses (known as “Dolmus”) to either town taking approx. 15minutes and costing approximately £1 per person.
Hisaronu is the nearest town which is approx. 20 minutes walk. It is a buzzing town and you will find numerous shops, bars, restaurants and nightclubs there. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the much quieter Ovacik.
The Nicholas Group, from whom we bought our property, have their own private beach at Olu Deniz and provide a complimentary daily bus service departing at around 10am and returning at approx. 4.30pm. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Their beach has a bar and restaurant, is fairly small, safe and sandy with pedalos etc. Charges for sun beds and parasols are payable locally. On the way to the private beach you will drive along the lagoon past the public beach which is much larger and shingle. This can be reached by dolmus. Patara and Dalyan are both long sandy beaches, nesting areas for turtles - each about one hour away from our villa by either jeep safari or private car/jeep hire.
