The Apartment
A brand new two bed ground floor apartment in this wonderful family complex enjoying the best of facilities for all the family. two swimming swimming pools, one with water slide, cafe and bar with satellite television, Gym, sauna and shower facilities. Tennis court, children’s playground and FREE SHUTTLE BUS to local beach. Village cafes and shops within walking distance down a country lane through fields and orange groves.. Enjoy the attractive sea view from your terrace at night, or dine in one of the many local fine traditional Turkish restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished and can sleep up to five persons.

All wooden furniture is hand made by local craftsman.

Built on the attractive hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea is the prestigious development of Sunlight Homes. An exclusive area of only 26 blocks of two storey apartments all with top quality fitments. The apartments each have two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, hall, kitchen area and lounge with a sun terrace with built in bbq leading off.

Each apartment has it’s own car parking area.

Top quality facilities on the site include two swimming swimming pools, one with a children’s paddling pool and small slide the other with a water slide. On the site is 24 hour security. A communal area with gym. sauna, cafe and bar. There are also a tennis court, and children’s play area. A shuttle bus runs regularly from the development to the main dolmus (bus) terminus in Gumusluk and from there you can take a bus into Bodrum bus station.

From there you can take a bus into any one of Bodrum’s delightful towns, villages and countryside.

Getting About:
Bodrum Town is the centre for all transportation around the peninsula. From here you can get to every major village and town from Turgutreis in the west to Mugla in the east. With a regular busses running from Bodrum Town, exploring the whole of the peninsula is inexpensive, easy and fun to do. With an average fare of just 1.70YTL per journey, you can have breakfast in Turgutreis, lunch in Bodrum and dinner in Gumusluk. What better way to see the whole peninsula.
