VILLA JAMARA is located in a quiet location with spectacular mountain views, yet only fiveminutes walking distance from the quayside, resturants and shops.(Local mini-market & restaurant only two minutes walk)

INSIDE
Fully air-con with marble floors. two kingsize and two twin rooms with quality mattresses and bedding all en-suite, opening via double doors to balconies ( upstairs) terraces ( downstairs) Large open plan living area. Vaulted gallery crafted timber ceiling.Three comfortable sofas (2 convert to double beds). Modern kitchen with granite worktops and all facilities.Including large fridge freezer,full sized cooker, washing machine, microwave &dishwasher .television, video, DVD and CD. Small library and selection of board games & security safe
Cleaning & linen change once a week

OUTSIDE
The garden has lovely mountain views The villa has its own large pool with paddling area, Jacuzzi and outside shower. Extensive patio area with eight sun-loungers with padded cushions and table and chairs for ten for outside eating. Stone bbq, A Kirsh ( traditional seating area with sumptuous cushions) is provided for relaxation
*4 mountain bikes with full suspension for your use.
*AIRPORT TRANSFERS for up to ten PEOPLE INCLUDED

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double,2 twin and 2 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has single sofa beds located in the folding, double sofa beds located in the lounge. This room gives up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
