Fethiye villa rental details

The Villa Ocean Edge
Ocean Edge is an absolutely stunning beach front villa,sleeping eight people in four large twin rooms (+cot) two with ensuite and a seperate family bathroom. The enormous main bedroom also boasts a lounge area and dreesing room. There is a private balacony to each bedroom with stunning sea views.There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

Location, Location ,directly facing the sea literally yards from the beach with attractive wonderful views of the islands of Fethiye.

The villa boasts a private garden and swimming pool and to add a little luxury to your stay there is a private jacuzzi where you can wind down and relax. There are ample sunbeds provided.

The accommodation is very large with the super open plan lounge boasting five sets of patio doors leading out to the lovely gardens. The kitchen comes fully equiped including Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave etc.etc.

There is full air conditioning to every room plus seperate central heating system. Free to view SKY television plus DVD is installed.

The terrace is furnished for the el fresco dining and there is a built in bbq.

Ideal for all the family the villa although in a private setting is located on the edge of the prestigious Seaside complex set in attractive landscaped gardens. There is also a large shared pool, childrens pool and pool bar on the complex.

Calis Beach
The villa is located only a fewminutes walking distance to Calis beach promenade with its abundance of quality bars and restaurants. It is a laid back resort with something for all the family. Calis is famous for its stunning sun-sets and its cooling summer breeze.

There are plenty of local shops within walking distance. just a two minute stroll each morning to pick up your freshly made bread.

The dolmus station (minibus service) is located right next to the complex (feels just like a private door to door transport service). For only a few pence you can take the 20 minute trip to Fethye with its wonderful marina and abundance of shops,bars and restaurants. There is also a market every Tuesday with lots of deals to be had, or you could choose totake the water taxi from Calis beach to Fethiye, just a 20 minute trip accross the bay.

Within walking distance of the villa there is also a water park , tennis club, quad biking and wind surfing facilities.
