The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and comprises: Gas hob,extractor and small electric cooker, roomy fridge freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle and coffee machine, ample crockery, cutlery and utensils are also provided.
There is an air conditioning unit which provides limited air conditioning for the villa. The complex is mature with many flowering trees and colourful attractive gardens. You will find guests and residents of all nationalities who will be friendly and welcoming.
There are three modern supervised swimming swimming pools, one just a couple ofminutes walking distance from the villa. Down at the sea front there are areas of sandy beach as well as swimming off wooden pontoons and concrete terraces. Drinks and snacks are available at the beach. The popular restaurant serves a good range of meals during the season. There is a mini market which provides fresh bread and other essentials. Free transport runs between the facilities and all areas of the complex. The villa is in a quiet area away from the traffic.
