Altinkum penthouse rental details

Stunning apartment
This is a small private complex of only 44 apartments and duplex penthouse apartments in a walled and gated complex which makes it very secure and extremely child friendly. The complex boasts a large communal swimming pool and adjoining child pool which are both overlooked by the apartments two large balconies.

The fully air-conditioned apartment consists of an open plan lounge dining area with a fully fitted kitchen, two large double bedrooms,1 with en-suite,and one twin bedroom and a shower room.

In the lounge area there is a corner sofa which also converts into a double bed plus additional seating, a large LCD television with satellite system,DVD player ,games console with aprox 50 games,and i pod /i phone docking music system with a selection of DVDs and a small library.

The master bedroom suite has an en suite, a private seating area LCD television/DVD player and satellite system. The seating area has patio doors which lead onto its own private sun terrace with breathtaking sea views.

Both the twin bedroom and double bedrooms are fully fitted with wardrobes, dressing tables bedside units.

Dan says: "Only just discovered this site after staying in this apartment last year and felt I had to share our experience.the property is everthing it says and with a few extras thrown in.The location is great,just far enough out of town but close enough to travel in by bus.The local beaches are vitually deserted and the sunsets are amazing.Very safe and child friendly site with a small well stocked bar and friendly guests.All in its great and we are going back!!"
