The Setting
CASA MONTANA.
This house has STUNNING views! (Rugged and Rural Mountain Scenery.)
Set in a location of intimacy and privacy, two acres of private land, stretching down to acres of Orange and Almond groves.
The House and Grounds are not overlooked.
IDEAL FOR A QUIET SECLUDED RURAL HOLIDAY. With town nearby for eating out 10-15mins by Car.
Great for walkers and nature lovers. Guided walks can be arranged.
We have a house manager who lives in the village, should you need anything whilst you are on holiday.

The Local Area
The attractive 12th century town of Xativa is ten - 15min by car. The old town has a distinct feeling of Rome, with ancient streets and little coffee shops. The new town is packed with shops and restaurants. Valencia is reached by a 45 min train and is well worth a visit or two!
The local village has some very quaint shops for basic provisions, and is very typical of rural Spain.
The beach can be reached in 20 - 30 minutes.

* Please note that the villa is accessed by a country track which is bumpy. (it is the price we pay for total seclusion) Your Welcome Pack includes.. Water, Milk, Bread, Cheese, Eggs.( Tea Coffe and Sugar are replenished.) As standard we include two toilet rolls, toilet cleaner, new toilet cloth, new kitchen cloth and scourer. Fully stocked cleaning cupboard. (This saves you buying all these little bits which add to the price of your holiday)

You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Goff and Sam says: "Excellent locaton for those who really dont want to see anyone. The villa IS off the beaten track, and as some of the other reviews have pointed out, it IS a beaten track, BUT ITS NOT A PROBLEM! The villa is extremely well appointed. comfortable and has everything that one would need. As we spent most of the time outside and in the rather excellent pool we didnt use many of the facilities. The barbeque got used most nights whilst we watched the full moon rise over the mountain (stunning!) and the many bats flying about overhead. It was, without doubt, one of the best places we have stayed (and we have stayed in many) we will definately be returning but for two weeks next time. Xativa old town is the place to go for the evening. Sit in the old square and watch the world go by whilst dining - it doesnt get much better than this! Loved it - (can you tell?) Nearly forgot John - its obligatory to mention him, good laugh and a font of knowledge, and he loves to talk! "
