Xativa villa rental details

The House on the Hill
The house on the hill is our home and we are sharing this wonderful location.
We can offer three, three bedroom detached new luxury wooden lodges that can sleep six people.
Each lodge has its own area of our pine wood and has views over orange groves towards the monumental town of Xativa.
We are within walking distance of a village with shops and bars.(10 minutes)

Just sit back and relax or visit local towns and villages, an opportunity to find the real Spain.

At the house.
We have a pool with outside kitchen and bar area. There is your own lounger and a supply of pool towels available.

We are within walking distance of the village llocnou d’en Fenollet which has shops and bars. After five years we are still discovering idyllic villages and restaurants and can always give advice.

We have english satelite tv Movies and Childrens channels as well as spanish television.

Valencia is a region of fiesta, come in March for the Fallas in Xativa and Valencia, then in August for the Fiera in Xativa a huge market which has held been in the town since the 12th Century.

There is also the annual Gran Prix in Valencia, which is a street circuit in the style of Monaco.

The Area
Xativa the monumental town is 3km away, with its historic castle and old town. We have an historic guide available for tours to make the towns past come alive. There is great shopping and restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There are good walking and hiking paths and guided walks are available. The local beaches are 30 minutes away and are blue flag and not crowded even in season.
Valencia is and easy train or car journey and a must see, there is the city shops and architecture, the largest aquarium in Europe, the americas cup port for a sunset catamaran cruise along the coast. For football fans tickets are available for Valencia FC a visit to A Spanish stadium is an experience for football lovers.

The new local Golf course at Simat is now open and is a short drive from the house.
A car is essential for this holiday.
