The popular golf resort of Villamartin enjoys around 300 days of sunshine per year and is located on the southern Costa Blanca near Torrevieja.
It has four championship golf courses within a three mile radius and is just a six minute drive to the blue flag beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. If you are not driving thereis a local bus service that operates between Villamartin and the main beach of La Zenia. There are several commercial centres in Villamartin within 10-15minutes walking distance of the villa that offer an excellent variety of international restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and supermarkets.
There are weekly street markets in nearby Playa Flamenca, Campoamor and San Miguel which are great for fresh locally grown products and souvenirs. Local attractions include a waterpark, international marina, fairground, bowling alley, go-karting trampolining, natural mud baths and water sports..
The property is only 20 minutes drive from Murcia Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport. Car hire is advisable but cheap airport transfers, golf trips and excursions can also be arranged if required.
