You enter the villa via a few steps to the first floor where you have a Kitchen, lounge, dining area, double bedroom, bathroom and staircase leading to the ground floor and upper level.
On the 1st floor an independant marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker in fact everything you would expect from a magnificent villa. The comfortable lounge has sofas to seat eight people and has 50 inch LCD television which includes BBC, Itelevision, CH four & five plus many childrens, movie and news channels. There is also a DVD Player and hi fi.
The Dining area consists of table and chairs for eight people. Both Lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to separate large terrace that have stunning sea views and sets of quality patio furniture. The bedroom consists of double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and a safe. The family bathroom is also on this level and has bath with shower attachment.
Up the stylish chrome / toughened glass staircase is the upper floor. The remaining three bedrooms all have en suite shower facilities, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, private safes and doors that lead to another sun terrace. Two bedrooms are king size and the other is a twin. All four bedrooms have quality bed covers and complementing curtains.
On the lower floor level is the large utility area which includes washing machine and plenty of storage space.

This magnficient four bed villa to rent is located in a quiet upmarket residential area of Roque Del Conde, Torviscus Alto, Las Americas. Within a ten minute walk there are two restuarants a bar and a mini market. The Villa is a five minute drive to the busy Gran Sur shopping complex, sports complex and health club (open to visitors) and many other bars and restuarants, shops and larger supermarkets etc.
The resort centres and lovely beaches of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are less than a ten minute drive away. Siam Park, Jungle Park and the Aqua Park are just a few minutes drive from the villa.
Property Management
The manager of this property lives 100 metres away and is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.
Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack can be provided at extra cost. Towels and linen change weekly.
