The villa
Luxurious villa nestled within a valley called Niza Beach with attractive surroundings only 3km from the popular Spanish holiday resort and wide sandy beach of Torre del Mar. Situated within a growing community with mixed, friendly nationalities of mainly English & Spanish residents and holiday makers. The villa is detached and comprises of a ground floor level with a large private pool, sun lounging terraced areas & the apartment, with external tiled steps leading to the main 1st floor accommodation with a large barbeque, sun lounge terraced areas & a spiral staircase leading to the large roof terrace/hot tub with open views looking out across the mediterranean seas watching the fishing boats by day and the cruise ships by night plus the surrounding mountainous landscape so peaceful and tranquil. The whole villa is furnished to a very high standard providing everything you could wish for to enable an enjoyable, relaxing holiday.
Out & about
Outside
Private pool nine length x 4.5m wide, 2m depth to 1m shallows, easy accessible via large steps. Landscaped gardens with various fruit trees, large roof terrace with hot tub (at extra cost of £50per wk/sea & mountain views, very large 1st floor barbeque/dining terrace with dinning table & stoned charcoal chimney barbeque. From leaving the living room via patio doors we have a outside patio area with the most comfy three pce wicker suite, youll find yourselves fighting for if you have a full house, that can be used as an extension to the inside living area or as a shaded/sunbathing patio by simply selecting to cover or uncover using the retractable sun canopy. Leaving the 1st floor area via the tiled balustrades steps to the ground floor area is our large pool/sun bathing terrace with sun loungers which leads to a sheltered patio area via two open arches as an open extension to the lounge/kitchen via a patio sliding door to the ground floor accommodation. Iron gated drive/off road car parking.
Coast/Beach
From the villa there is a beach approx ten mins walk and for the really adventurist we have a nudist beach approx ten mins drive away. But you are spoilt for choice up and down the coast line.
Costa del Sol is the most developed part of the coast. The Mediterranean water is warm and safe. Many towns have recently modernised "paseo maritimos" (promenades).More jet skis per capita than anywhere else in Europe. No shortage of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Sand tends to be grey and coarse-grained.
Golf
There are two 18-hole golf courses approx ten mins drive away. Baviera Golf and Anoreta Golf + 60 More.
Baviera Golf (+ Driving Range) is an even course characterized by its wide greens with many movements and the great variety of obstacles which offer a big range of strokes and an ideal design for all types of handicap.

Añoreta Golf is the first 18-hole golf course to be built to the east of Malaga. The Añoreta Course was designed by the famed Ryder Cup Champion José María Cañizares.
The par 72 has a longitude of 6,016 metres for professionals and 5,833 for amateurs. Añoreta first opened in 1990. Añoreta Golf proves itself to be an excellent challenge for golfing of all levels with its varied and pleasant undulating greens surrounded by trees and water accentuating the natural beauty of the setting.
Special interest holidays
Best known for its Costa del Sol beach resorts, Malaga has much more to offer the visitor and angler. The magnificent Sierra de Ronda and the attractive town of Ronda are just a sample of what the province has to offer. The fishing is also both varied and excellent. In Spain, a day ticket fishery does not necessarily cost you money. Most simply require permission from the relevant authority.
This is a small scenic river just 2km inland from Fuengirola. Fishing is free for barbel, carp, nase and eels. Fish can be hard to locate, so travel light. Species and methods
Barbel. These fish can be spotted and individual fish specifically targeted. Try free lined corn or meat.
Carp. The carp can be quite wary on this little river. Float fish or ledger corn or meat in the slacks and eddies for best
results
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada ski resort offers its visitors a wide and ever expanding range of facilities as well as a ski terrain to suit skiers & boarders of all standards. Families will enjoy facilities such as the recently developed Mirlo Blanco recreation zone with activities including Ski Bike, Inner Tubing, Ice Skating and the new “Roller-Sled”. The crèche and Snow Garden are well-run establishments with fully trained staff to look after children up to seven years old.
Getting kitted out and ready for the slopes is made easy by Rio Sport Intersport equipment-hire shop where you will find quality rental equipment and a team of English speaking knowledgeable staff to equip you with the right equipment according to your standard. Beware of street sellers offering cheap equipment hire – the equipment can be poorly maintained and the staff are rarely knowledgeable. Here you will also find the British Ski Center based for any tuition or guiding requirements you may have.
