The attractively furnished, fully equipped house has three bedrooms, one double and two twins (one en-suite) and sleeps up to six. Linen and towels are provided.
It is fully air- conditioned, and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, satellite T.V. and D.V.D. There is a sun terrace on the roof and a shady patio in the garden.
The house is located on the edge of the small, typically Spanish village of Sucina (a leisurely six minutes stroll), as yet untouched by commercialism, yet with banks, bars, restaurants and a supermarket for all your everyday needs. It is in a quiet location on the residencial, overlooking farmland and on the edge of a bird sanctuary, making it the ideal place to do a spot of bird watching and savour the local atmosphere.
The property would suit anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday or make an ideal base for touring or golfing.
There is a communal swimming pool on the residencial and a Club house and bar where they serve bbqs in the evenings and excellent tapas.
Areas of Interest
The attractive beaches of the Mar Menor with warm water and sandy beaches for children and water sports for the more energetic, are only 15 minutes drive away and several golf courses, including the famous La Manga, Villa Martin, Roda and the luxurious club house of Campoamor are within 20 minutes. The local Peraleja golf course designed by Seve Ballasteros opens in 2007.
The Salinas of nearby San Pedro where you can take a therapeutic, stress-busting mud bath are also home to a large variety of birds including flamingos, plovers, herons and egrets and there are two walking routes along the boardwalks among the reed beds.
Turning inland, it is only a ten minute drive into the breath-taking hills of the Sierra de Escalona, and the attractive cities of Murcia and Cartagena are just a short drive away.

While car hire is virtually essential, airport pickups can be arranged at an additional cost, as can sight-seeing tours of the area.
