Mallorca villa rental details

Very quiet house, with nice garden
Es Moli nou is a wonderful house, near Costa de los Pinos. The house and mill was reformed in 1997. This located near the beach, golf place, supermarket. The garden is very big and nice for relax.
The Villa has two separate houses in the same building. This advertisement is to rent the main house, located at the top of the building. The owner lives in the house below. Garden and pool are to be used exclusively for the main house rented.
The electronic gate entering the property provided superb privacy and safety for the children. The bedrooms were a good size, the balcony is much larger than normal, surrounds three sides of the villa and is wonderful for breakfast. The garden and pool area amounts to approx .25 acre. The pool and lawns were well kept as were the plants and trees. The Villa itself does not have air conditioning which we thought would cause a problem but the air is circulated and well vented throughout the villa and mosquito's were not a problem.
The beach is only 2km, the golf course only 500 meters.
Roman ruins have now found just 200m.
