This is a new and large two bedroom/ two and half bath apartment. with communal swimming pool and attractive gardens. The interior of this apartment is very exclusive with superb open plan lounge and dining area, fully fitted kitchen, one double and one twin bedroom. Both rooms have en- suite bath and shower and fully fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning for the hot summer days and heating for winter visits and there is room for up to eight in this apartment, with two pull out single beds and one double sofa bed. The apartment is fully furnished and receives sky satellite television.
The La Goleta apartment is home to a very large pool, childrens paddling pool, 24 hour security and underground car parking.
Local area
This apartment is in a wonderful location and has something for everyone. It is located less than a minute walk to the beach where you can also find some wonderful beach restaurants and bars. Just around the corner is a sports centre, which is home to a fabulous gym, padel/ tennis courts. If you are looking for a bit of culture then the Spanish town of San Pedro de Alcantara is a simple two minute walk. You can find something and everything here, from spanish tapas and drinks in the many restaurants to local shopping. Every thursday they have a very popular market here.
Less than five minutes away is the very attractive and glamorous Puerto Banus. Enjoy the wonderful shopping, beaches, yachts, restaurants and nightlife that it has to offer.
Attractions
If you want to travel a little further out, less than a ten minute drive east you will find yourself in the exclusive Marbella City Centre. You can experience some Spanish culture whilst sat in the ‘Orange Square’ enjoying some tapas and Spanish sangria. For day trips the wonderful Fuengirola water park is recommended, suitable for people of all ages and great for cooling off in the summer. You could also head into the mountains to the attractive town of Ronda, with its ancient bullring. It is one of the most historic villages in the south of Spain. Why not visit the Barbary Apes at the top of the Gibraltar Rock. This is only one hour away and is worth a visit, and possibly stop off at attractive Estepona on the way. Estepona is home to the SELWO safari park - great for the children. If you are in the area during the winter months, within 2½ hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
Historical cities such as Granada, Cordoba and Seville all make for very enjoyable days out.
