This is a 5* DESIGNER FURNISHED luxurious ground floor apartment located just in front of the beach. The apartment is very well furnished.

Large remote controlled wooden gates lead to underground car parking with lift available, if needed, to take you to all floors.

The complex benefits from security.

The apartment has air conditioning/heating and has a lounge/dining area with seating for four and has a flat wide screen tv.

The kitchen is superbly equipped and fully fitted with granite worktops, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer.

The bedrooms are a good size with many fitted wardrobes.

There are two marbled bathrooms both with a bath, walk in power shower and bidet.

The apartment benefits from a terrace with table and chairs. This terrace overlooks the shared pool area and has direct access out to the pool.

There is a shared pool together with a separate children's pool located approximately 20 metres from the apartment.

There is a large walkway which leads down to the sea where you will find a very good beach bar.
