Luxury 2 Bed Townhouse in Roda Golf & Beach Resort
Beautiful property in luxury, 18 hole golf resort with many award-winning beaches nearby..

The house is in a fabulous location with a private pool for the use of only a few surrounding properties and second line to Roda golf course with its PGA Academy, which is the first in Spain.

The Mar Menor with its attractive, sandy beaches and safe, shallow waters is only a few kilometres from the house. You can also take a ferry to La Manga if you wish from Santiago de la Ribera.

There are over a dozen golf courses nearby and the mountains of Sierra Espuna and Sierra Carrascoy are within 45 minutes drive.

If you are more interested in shopping and sightseeing the city off Cartagena with its attractive port and roman ruins is only 20 minutes drive while the classic capital city of Murcia is 30 minutes from the resort. Alicante is also less than an hour's drive away.

There are 4 sets of mens golf clubs in the townhouse for guest use (SAVE UP TO £320 IN RYANAIR BAGGAGE FEES). You can also hire full sets of clubs from the Roda Club House. We also have 4 paddle tennis racquets and balls, 2 tennis racquets and balls, and a football (there are facilities for all of these sports at Roda Golf). There are 4 sun loungers for guest use.
