2 bedroom underbuild apartment
1 double bedroom with a door leading to outside seating area. one Twin bedroom. Large lounge with patio doors leading to stables and paddock, seperate kitchen with built in oven and hob, microwave, fridge and all the cooking and eating utensils you will need for your vacation
It was love at first sight for my partner and I when we encountered this attractive country house in 2008 when we came to Javea looking for a renovation project. We were immediately smitten with its location, wonderful views and character, so quickly secured the purchase and set about restoring it to its former glory.

We have recently completed the underbuild of the property which had previously been workshops into a lovely two bedroomed apartment for paying guests. It has proved to be a labour of love but we are more than pleased with the results and have managed to retain many of its original features. We hope our guests will love it just as much as we do. Whilst we as the owners live upstairs in the main house, guests can enjoy the privacy of the apartment and sole use of the pool, sun loungers, attractive swimming poolside bar, and alfresco dining area with barbeque in privacy and uninterrupted peace and quiet, although we will be on site to assist you in any way possible should you require it.

A car is a necessity, as although only a five minute drive to the nightlife and many restaurants of the Arenal, it is a long uphill walk back to the apartment after a few glasses of vino.

Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or the hustle and bustle of the town we feel that you cannot fail to love this place as it offers the best of both worlds.

Internally the building has been lovingly restored with a good eye for detail and the gardens outside are tended with great dedication by Mark at dawn each morning. However for us the real winner for us was sitting outside at night whether at the poolside bar or at the outside dining area - surrounded by the dark shapes of the surrounding hills and with the lights of Javea in the distance - a stunning location. The property has a remote feel as it sits on a hillside overlooking a small valley but yet it is only 5 minutes drive from Javea. Mark and Debs are extremely nice people who are very helpful and can provide loads of local knowledge but who do not impose on you. We would also reccomend that you try the Tapas at Kimera near the harbour."
