The European Blue Flag awarded beach of Guardamar is a mere 15 minutes drive away & the main coastal town of Torrevieja, 20 minutes - on the way are several major supermarkets and stores and the new Habeneras retail centre is a must for the discerning shopper. Locally, there are weekly street markets, banks, bars, international restaurants and a walkable aquapark (Open May to October). Why not relax in and around the quiet, private community pool? Villa Details
The villa is tastefully furnished and lounge/dining facilities cater for a maximum of six people. On the ground floor is a furnished, light & airy lounge/dining area with central ceiling fan and open marble staircase leading to the master bedroom, sun terrace & bathroom. The dining area leads to a fully fitted, compact kitchen with electric oven & hob, washer, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and central ceiling fans and a fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower & screen, vanity unit, toilet & bidet. The first floor master double bedroom, has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and leads to the private sun terrace through sliding patio doors. Next to the bedroom is the 2nd bathroom, complete with bath, shower & screen, bidet, toilet & vanity unit.
