This villa is only a few mins walk to Cafes, Bars, Restaurants.
The Sandy Beaches of Punta Prima and La Zenia are only 30 mins walk or three mins drive to punta primo beach.
30 to 40 mins walk to la zenia beach or four mins in car.
This complex has a large attractive swimming pool. It also has a childrens pool.
The villa is quiet, but in Aug it can be noisy at the pool area.
A few minutes walk from the Villa you will find cafes, bars, restaurants etc.
La Zenia is only a few mins drive or about 15 mins walk. La Zenia has many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, and a lovely sandy beach.
GOLF
Southern Costa Blanca also offers a great choice of golf courses including the prestigious trio at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar located to the west of Cabo Roig. Las Ramblas is a very picturesque and desirable area. Campoamor has a superb newly built hotel, clubhouse and sports complex, the course plays long with wide fairways. Villamartin a championship course has a bustling square at its centre offering international restaurants and bars. They are all within a ten minute drive away with La Finca and the famous La Manga complex, only a short drive away.

punto primo and la zenas attractive beach it is a must for the children to see especially if they are slightly older children who like to do a little body boarding on the small waves. There is a snack bar on beach as well or you can take a picnic. Go-karting is also nearby. Large street markets are held in Playa Flamenca on a Saturday.........The nearby town of Torrevieja offers a host of shops down its main roads and side streets and the new Habaneras Shopping Centre next to Carrefour offers all of its shops in one location.
The nearby Saturday market at Playa Flamenca is not to be missed.

Car hire is recommended to enjoy your holiday to the full.
If you are hiring a car from the Airport we will arrange to meet you at an Agreed Meeting Place and we will take you to your Holiday Villa.
If you are not hiring a car, we can collect you from the Airport and take you to your Holiday Home.
We will be able to tell you where the local attractions are and places of interests to make your holiday an enjoyable one. We will ensure that you are safely settled in to your accommodation.
