Orihuela - Torrevieja apartment rental details

Luxury 2 bedroom fully air-conditioned apartment in Playa Flamenca.
Fully air conditioned, superbly furnished luxury apartment,with private entrance. Sleeps four with two twin bedrooms. American style well equiped kitchenette. Master bedroom en suite with patio doors to private balcony.There is also a further shower and toilet for guests. television with local channels only.

Outside space
The master bedroom has patio doors which open out onto its own private balcony. In addition to the balcony,there is also a large private terrace. Probably the best feature of this
apartment is the very large rooftop solarium with built in bbq and lovely sea views.

The Complex and Area
Situated in a well maintained secure complex, the apartment has private gated car parking and two large swimming swimming pools. Miraflores four is in the Playa Flamenca area which is ten mins drive south of
Torrevieja and is within five mins drive of a choice of lovely "Blue Flag" beaches.
Torrevieja is one of the fastest expanding towns in the whole of Spain, but Torrevieja has learned a few
lessons from places like Benidorm, because you'll find no high-rise skyscrapers or package holiday hotels
in Torrevieja, Torrevieja is also an ideal place for family holidays. Torrevieja is surrounded by two large and attractive natural salt water lakes which form the "Salinas de San Miguel".Torrevieja" and are an official Spanish nature reserve. These lakes attract a wide variety of bird life.The entire area around Torrevieja is famous for it's salt production. Huge salt lakes surround parts of the road down from Alicante airport to Torrevieja.

There are three golf courses within 20 mins drive. The apartment is adjacent to resautrants and a short walk to the local shopping complex and famous Playa Flamenca Saturday street market.

The view from the roof terrace was stunning and the sun patio below looks onto this lovely complex. Ask 31 Indian restaurant underneath is super and the little shop is very handy too. The location is great for the beach and the bars. A very secure and pleasant place to stay. Chris who met us with the keys was really helpful. Thanks and we will book again if staying in this area. "
