Gran Canaria apartment rental details

Panoramic Views
The apartment is located in Playa Del Cura, overlooking the resort and beach. The sun shines all day on the balcony. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. Take note that to have a view like this the apartment is on a hill. When your going into town or the nearby beaches walk down to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill and take the bus - its very cheap. It costs about €1.20 to Puerto Rico. Get a taxi back to avoid walking up the hill as it is steep.

All lifts in the apartment have been replaced with new ones

Booking
Deposit of 30% to secure booking. This is non-refundable unless apartment subsequently let. Balance plus security deposit of £170 payable eight weeks before arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded ten days after holiday ends when confirmation received from our agent and key returned. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Check-in time 3pm. Departure time 1pm.

The apartment was very well furnished and maintained - if we were returning to Gran Canaria for a winter break we would not hesitate to book this accommodation again. There is a Spar a short walk from the complex which was well stocked. Although it is a reasonably steep walk it is short and we found it perfectly manageable - the views from the apartment are worth every minute of it. We didnt hire a car and used local buses to travel to and from the airport and to go to Puerto Rico - on time and regular service while we were there. All round a very relaxing holiday."
