This is a magnificent villa in the traditional Spanish style.
It is located on a large very private site, affording privacy and seclusion. It has a large private southfacing pool, with patio/ barbeque areas around. From here, the Roman steps lead to a lower level terrace, where the annexe (bedroom, bathroom and living area) are located.
There is also a large garden to the rear of the property, with dining area/ terrace. Plenty of room to lie out and enjoy the sunny days.
The house consists of three main bedrooms, one en-suite,bathroom, large kitchen, dining/ living area, laundry room and garage.
The downstairs annexe is the perfect cool Summer Hideaway, with bathroom, twin bedroom and living room with sofa bed.
The house is set in in a quiet lane, in a mature residential area of individual villas all set back from the road.
The main village of Campoverde is a ten minute walk.
This village is a traditional Spanish village, with a supermarket, public-swimming pool, numerous pubs, restaurants and small shops.
There are plenty of areas to sit outside, have a leisurely drink and a meal, and watch the world go by.
There is a selection of blue-flag beaches all within a ten minute drive.
If one fancies driving further afield, the bustling Benidorm, with its Themeparks(Terra Mitica etc) is an hours drive.
In the other direction, the ancient Roman ruins in Cartegena are worth a visit.
There is also a wonderful shopping centre on the approach to Cartegena, with all the desirable shops, H&M, Benetton, Massimo Dutti etc
The famous area of La Manga, training base for many soccer teams, is also accessible from here.
