Location
In a central location in the local town of Pedrgeuer, walking distance to all facilities:- shops, supermarket, and a selection of cafés/bars/restaurants as well as a great weekly market. Pedreguer is ideally located for enjoying the countryside with its wine valleys and groves of oranges, almonds and cherries. Yet it is still only a few minutes drive to shopping centres and the resort towns of Denia and Javea both with fabulous beaches and all the holiday attractions, including a lively port and a stylish marina full of excellent restaurants and late night bars.

Bright, modern and stylish apartment, attractively furnished. The open plan living/dining area has patio doors onto a sunny balcony and the separate kitchen is fully fitted. There are two double bedrooms and the third bedroom has a sofa bed with room for an additional bed (small charge). There is a bathroom and a shower room.The apartment is on the second floor with elevator and has a communal swimming pool with a childrens section in the pool.
