LOCATION
5 mins drive (or about 15 mins walking) to the town and beaches. The urbanisation has two communal swimming pools and a sauna, restaurant and bar and nice communal gardens, car parking and there is a small supermarket about two mins walk away. On Tuesdays and Sundays there is a market just
outside the urbanisation.
It is a great location for a family holiday, no through traffic, ideal for teenagers to walk into the town and beaches. Large and small shared pool only one min walk, plus there are usually many other families holidaying here.

DESCRIPTION
This comfortable townhouse is built over two floors and includes two sunny terraces. One has lovely views over the mountains and the countryside. The ground floor is open plan with French windows over one wall leading onto the terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped, there is a dining table seating 6. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the front of the house. two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other a single bed – a further bed is available if needed. The townhouse has cable television, with Spanish, English, Swedish, Norwegian and German channels.
WiFi connection available. DVD player. (Large range of DVDs available – please enquire)
Outside are two terraces, one with lovely mountain views. Table, umbrella and chairs. Utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house has been reformed to a high standard and has recently been completely redecorated (Feb 2009).
