Em Nau is a high quality detached four bedroom villa in a quiet cul-de-sac that is just a short walk to Moraira beach and village. Ideal for a large family or two families holidaying together.
The accommodation is on two floors with private use of the lovely pool, terrace, bbq and naya. Each floor is an independent apartment with lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms and has its own entrance.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and each floor has a comfortable lounge with satellite television including BBC and Itelevision, DVD, a separate dining area, kitchen with hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher (upper floor only), one double bedded room and one twin bedded room and a bathroom with bath tub and shower cubicle.
The property has a private drive with electronically operated gates giving additional security and offers the benefit of central heating for the cooler winter evenings and fans for the summer. The top floor has air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom.

Moraira
Moraira is a small and pretty resort half way between Alicante and Valencia. The quaint old Spanish fishing village is only fifteenminutes walking distance from the villa. A fish market is held daily with Friday being the principal market day where you can buy souvenirs, fresh fruit and vegetables. The village has many shops, bars and restaurants. This area boasts the best all year round climate in Europe according to the World Health Organisation. So with 320 days of sunshine a year you can take advantage of a Spring, Autumn or Winter holiday and relax in the sun all day and enjoy open log fires in the evenings.
The Costa Blanca
The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables. Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal. Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica Disney style theme park. Coach excursions are available to these and all the other popular attractions.
