This attractive apartment has been decorated and furnished to the highest possible standards, and is perfectly located within a two minute walk to Moraira town.

The apartments are accessed through secure gates and enjoy private underground car parking and a lift from the car parking area, making them suitable for the elderly and infirm. The attractive shared pool is surrounded by a wonderful Mediterranean garden, forming a safe and pleasant enviroment for adults and children.

APARTMENT MARTINI
Inside the apartment is fully air conditioned and has absolutely everything the discerning holidaymaker needs for a luxury vacation. There is a large lounge/diner with quality furnishings, satellite television with several UK channels, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and a music system. The well appointed kitchen has all modern appliances, and there is a separate utility room with washine machine. There are two lovely bedrooms, one double with en-suite and one twin, and a second family bathroom. Large patio doors open up from the lounge to a pretty balcony area with views over the shared pool to grape vines and the nearby hillside. A spiral staircase then takes you to a magnificent roooftop terrace. Here you will find a built in Barbecue, quality outside dining furniture, sunbeds and a parasol. Finally there is even a three metre square paddling pool to keep the kids occupied whilst you prepare the evening Barbecue.

Their housekeepers will help settle you into the property and be on hand if you require information regarding local facilities and services.
