Mojacar apartment rental details

Family friendly apartment in beautiful residential area by the sea.
The apartment is located in a perfect setting with views to the sea on your right (2 or three minutes walk) and the mountains on your left. The shared pool is set in attractively maintained and secure gated gardens, surrounded by mature palm trees and exotic plants. A Lifeguard is in attendance in high season. Nearby and across the lane is a bowls green, squash and and tennis courts. The apartment is not overlooked by any other developments or huge ugly buildings - just mountains!

Mojacar
The apartment is located halfway between the bustling tourist area of Mojacar Playa, and the fishing town of Garrucha where you can watch the day's catch being brought in and auctioned to the local restaurants. It is located in a unique and small private residential community only twominutes walking distance from the beach, and just outside of the busiest tourist areas. Within walking distance you can find plenty of excellent restaurants, shops and bars, and there is a scuba diving school at the end of the lane. There are some attractive villages to explore, and the mountain drives are absolutely spectaular.

Golf in and Around Mojacar
There are four excellent golf courses in the area, all within a 15/20 minute drive. Marina Golf (walking distance) is an 18 hole course adjacent to the sea with three lakes. Desert Springs also an 18 hole course designed by Peter McEvoy, which boasts the famous Crocodile Club bar and restaurant. Cortijo Grande is a nine hole course surrounded by orange and lemon groves where the resident PGA professional Gareth Edwards is available for tuition. And the Valle del Este 18 hole course with water features and elevated tees (and excellent restaurant).
