Stunning penthouse with two bedrooms , one with en-suite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom . It has a large balcony with views directly over the golf course and the sea.It has a large open plan lounge / diner that can cater up to four people. It has been decorated up to a very high standard and is extremely stylish. The penthouse has lift access and for those with a car ,it has underground car parking. The complex offers a shared pool . Local shops , bars and restaurants are just a short walk away and the beach is only a five minute drive away . The nearest airport is Malaga and is only a 20 minute drive from the complex. For golf lovers it is ideal as the golf course is right on the doorstep and the golf clubhouse is only 100 metres away.
