The Apartment
This large and well designed apartment is located only a one minute walk away from the beach via a private exit from the complex, with a great selection of bars and restaurants on the beachfront. Set amidst lush, tropical gardens the apartment complex is ideal for relaxing, complete with a large shared pool for adults, a children's pool for the smaller visitor, sun loungers and umbrellas around the pool, all provided for the use of guests. Furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped with lots of on-site facilities it is the perfect holiday location.

Located next to the beach this attractive well-finished apartment is ideal for those seeking sun, sand and relaxation. There is a supermarket nearby to enable you to restock and one of the best beachside restaurants on the coast is on the beachfront. This is a quiet, secure, gated complex with 24hr security service and underground car parking located only five minutes by car to Marbella and 20 minutes to Puerto Banus. There is an abundance of golf courses along the Costa del Sol and the nearest golf course is only two minutes away at Santa Clara. There are supermarkets, hairdressers, lounge bars and banks all within close proximity to the complex with one of the largest shopping malls on the Costa del Sol, with cinemas, numerous shops and restaurants, just five min drive from the apartment.
