pirations Marbella offer you a superb three Bed Duplex Penthouse Apartment facing South in Los Naranjos de Marbella to let all year round. three bedroom, two bathrooms duplex penthouse (sleeps up to 8), overlooking swimming pool set in tropical gardens, located on the hghly regarded Los Naranjos de Marbella development, next to the famous Puerto Banus. The penthouse itself has been furnished to the highest standard by a local interior designer, providing a modern large feel. Cream marble floors extend throughout the accommodation. Beautiful lounge opens up onto a stylish terrace for lazy day sun-bathing or alfresco dining. The terrace also has a retractable canopy to provide that sometimes required much needed shade. Complete with a 32" Satellite television and fully air-conditioned, the lounge flows into a modern dining area seating six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, microwave, iron, kettle, etc. A hallway leads to two tastefully furnished twin bedrooms, one with built in safe. Also on this floor is a bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink and shower cubicle. A stairway leads to a double master bedroom with luxury en-suite. Patio doors open onto the roof top terrace complete with two sun loungers, ideal to catch those last few afternoon rays. Close by is the trendy Los Naranjos Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant with pool. There is also a newly opened Supermarket on the complex. Next to the Clubhouse there are tennis courts paybale locally. Within the complex there is a choice of six communal swimming pools to sunbathe by, all set in tropical gardens. The Clubhouse offers all day dining.
