A fully furnished three bedroom Luxurious apartment located on the first floor of a three storey modern building completed in late 2005, lift to all floors, with stairs to the rooftop pool and solarium, The fully air conditioned/centrally heated apartment is tastefully furnished and comfortably sleeps 5/6 people in the three bedrooms, one with a double bed, built in wardrobe and a four piece en suite bathroom which includes a bath and shower above, two further twin rooms, one with built in wardrobe. A second family bathroom includes a four piece bathroom suite with bath and shower above. Bedding and towels are provided. (Please bring your own beach towels)
The large living/dining area has a one sofa and two chairs,a dining table with six chairs. A door leads to the balcony with views over the park and the salt lakes in the distance. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave and toaster. The apartment is accessed through a locked entrance door with a phone entry system for your security

The apartment is just a two minute walk from the centre of the traditional town of los Montesinos where you will find an abundance of facilities like restaurants, bars, banks, car hire, butchers, supermarkets and a lovely town square. The town of Los Montesinos is surrounded by orange and lemon groves
There is also an ever-expanding hypermarket complex a ten minutes drive away with Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, MacDonalds, Burger king and the new Haberneras shopping centre with its numerous shops and restaurants and several bars, There is a games and leisure complex "Ozone" which includes a bowling alley, an casino, an eight multi-screen cinema complex.

Los Montesinos is approximately 15 minutes drive from the Spanish holiday resort of Torrevieja, which offers a wide range of leisure activities and nightly entertainment including an aqua park, sports complex, also bustling with restaurants, shops and a stunning seafront promenade, sandy beaches and lovely marina.
