This is a very exclusive two bed/ two bath apartment located in the championship and award winning golfing resort of Los Flamingos. The apartment and urbanization are brand new complete with stunning views of golf and sea. Inside the apartment you will be greeted by a modern and fully fitted kitchen, along with fully equipped laundry area. In the lounge/ dining area there is a flat screen television, with DVD player, and music system and attractively furnished throughout. Relax here knowing that the apartment is fitted with full Air Conditioning for those hot summers and heating in the winter. The apartment is located on the ground floor (entering from the road) and enjoys outdoor al fresco style dining. Here you will also enjoy the two swimming swimming pools, pool sun loungers and padel courts. The complex is fully secure, with 24 hour security at the main entrance gate. Underground car parking and elevator access are inside the apartment itself. Situated next to the Los Flamingos golf club, hotel and spa the apartment enjoys a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere, will views of the coast all the way to Gibraltar
Los Flamingos
This apartment in Acosta, Los Flamingos is located in golfing paradise. Situated in the resort are the golf courses of Los Flamingos - which will be home to four championship course, all due for completion next year. It has already been home to some of the European tour events, including the senior open 2006.
The Hotel Villa Padiera is owned by the Ritz Carlton and boasts a attractive, fully equipped spa facility, not to mention the restaurants and bars. It is only a minute from the apartment.
The beach is within ten minutes driving, where you can enjoy sun, sea and local beach resteraunts. You will also find local amenties in the small spanish village of Estepona to the West and San Pedro de Alcantara to the East.
Attractions
If you want to travel a little further out, less than a 20 minute drive east you will find yourself in the exclusive Marbella City Centre. You can experience some Spanish culture whilst sat in the ‘Orange Square’ enjoying some tapas and Spanish sangria. For day trips the wonderful Fuengirola water park is recommended, suitable for people of all ages and great for cooling off in the summer. You could also head into the mountains to the attractive town of Ronda, with its ancient bullring. It is one of the most historic villages in the south of Spain. Why not visit the Barbary Apes at the top of the Gibraltar Rock. This is only one hour away and is worth a visit, and possibly stop off at attractive Estepona on the way. Estepona is home to the SELWO safari park - great for the children. If you are in the area during the winter months, within 2½ hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada.
Historical cities such as Granada, Cordoba and Seville all make for very enjoyable days out.
