This new two bedroomed bungalow is located in the attractive location of Campoamor. It is local to all facilities but it not noisy or overcrowded. You can have the best of both worlds! It’s attractively positioned on a large urbanization, on a pleasent road facing the shared pool and within a short walk to supermarket, restaurant and bars.
The property itself is north facing and the sun shines on the patio from early morning to early afternoon. It has a tiled patio for eating ,drinking and Barbecue. An area for playing and car parking the car. For a more secluded sunbathing area you have a large solarium on the roof.
Inside the bungalow.
You walk directly into the living room which is long and airy,it has two two seater sofas which can fold down into two single beds. You can relax and watch spanish television, watch DVD's or just listen to music. Then an inside dining area, although most people tend to use the outside patio most of the year. The American style kitchen is to the back of the property and boasts granite work surfaces with Mediterranean wooden units and is fully equiped. There is a utility area to the side of the kitchen. Useful for storing beach toys or golf clubs.
A fully tiled bathroom is situationed between the two bedrooms with bath, shower,toilet, bida and washbasin.. A good sized master bedroom with a large double fitted wardrobe and bedside drawer units( a cot for smaller children is available ). The 2nd bedroom is on the otherside of the bathroom it is a smaller twin room with a large double fitted wardrobe.
The property is fairly new so everything is in good order and of a high standard.
Outside the property there are stairs to the solarium which has a cupboard storing the sunbeds. Great for sunbathing and seeing the views of the area and the sea.
The property also had airconditioning units in the living area and both bedrooms.
The local amenitites
Communal pool
The shared pool is a large kidney shape and is maintained on a daily basis with umbrellas and benches in a attractive gated green area. A key or code will be provided for access and is open 9am till 9pm between April and October. There are a few rules and regulations but they are all so everyone can enjoy this factility.
Local Shops and Restaurants
Aldi’s is the local supermarket and is within 200 meters. You will also find a good Spanish restaurant where large fresh Paella is made at 1pm for lunch everyday, a Scottish bar, wine shop, wine bar and a Rose’s tea rooms on this complex.
Their is a crazy golf area and bar within a two minute walk.
Further along you will find Alfie’s bar, The Square, an Irish pub, a florist, Internet café and newsagents, Hairdressers, Chinese restaurant and Indian restaurant. Its not essential to have a car here as there is plenty to keep you occupied but to get the full benefit of the area maybe advisable.
There is a large area called the ‘Golden Mile’ within a few minutes drive where all the bars, restaurants and night life is. The beaches are all within a five minute drive, they are all blue flagged and there are many to choose from. There is a long cliff walk which takes you around many of the beaches and also the Marina. Water sports are on many of them too.
Days out
There are a number of historic cities within an hours drive of Campoamor- Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela, Elche and Alicante. Also La Manga and the Mar Menor are well worth a visit.
Tennis
You cannot be serious! - Just a five minute drive from the villa, Cabo Roig Club lies next to the beach of Cala Capitan. The club has four hard courts, its own Swimming Swimming pool, Bar and Restaurant. Qualified tennis coaching is also available.
Horse Riding
Take a ride in the Spanish countryside, within a five minute car ride is The Ranch at Campoamor. There is also Club Hipco near Villamartin, El Rancho at Los Montesinos and El Refugio Guardamar.

In addition to the lovely Capitan and Campoamor beaches that are nearest to the villa there are further beaches such as La Zenia, Playa Flamenca,Torrevieja and Guadamar . The Orihuela Costa has a massive 16km of coastline with coves of transparent waters and fine sand. Prestigious beaches such as Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Dehesa de Campoamor and Mil Palmeras, this areas beaches are awarded the Blue Flag year after year.

Scuba diving
If you are on holiday in Campoamor and interested in taking scuba diving course, you can do it in Playa Flamenca under the supervision of a PADI professionals. For advanced divers they have trips to several wrecks and the marine reserve. They also offer escorted dive trips from shore, boat diving and night diving.
