This rustic house has two floors, and is located in the countryside near Llucmajor town , construction of 300 years of antiquity, completely reformed, with a private swimming pool of ten meters x five m. with Roman stairs , uncovered terraces, barbeque, garden with lawn. Shower by pool.

On the ground floor there is a living room with T.V. Sat. A kitchen-dining with dishwasher , microwave, toaster, vitroceramic. A laundry room with washing machine. Two twin bedrooms with bathroom with shower in suite each one.
On the first floor: there are a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower in suite and double bedroom with bathroom with shower in suite.

michelle says: "villa prax just 10 min drive away, outside llumayor was an idyllic, very pretty finca in a very rural setting. The property is not overlooked and you do have privacy at the pool.The finca accomodation was very comfortable the rooms were lovely and the kitchen was satisfactory equiped, however there is no kettle we had to boil water in a saucepan for tea. Also if you do eat in there is no oven only a hob. But the bbq was great. However, there are 2 great local restaurants to eat in llucmayor and the supermarkets were very cheap for fresh food and wine. If you decide to rent this property do follow the instructions given to you by the owner do not look at the location map on the website as its not the very exact location.However, its the ideal place to base yourselves away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists, and experience the true mallorcan life. Its ideal location is perfect to get into palma - only 15/20min drive away and to explore the beautiful beach coves on the south east coast. LAST OF ALL, PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANYONE WHO ARRIVES ON THE PROPERTY UNANNOUNCED, WE ONLY EXPERIENCED THIS ONCE ON DURING OUR STAY - 2 MEN ARRIVING SAYING THAT THEY WANTED TO READ THE METER- AND AS THEY WERE DRESSED IN OFFICIAL UTILITY UNIFORMS IT SEEMED OK , I GUESS . - HOWEVER I WAS VERY SUSPICIOUS OF THEM WHEN THEY READ THE METER AND THEN DECIDED TO ASK ME TO PAY THE GAS/ELECTRIC BILL- OBVIOUSLY I DID NOT PAY AND PHONED THE OWNERS IMMEDIATELY - THEY COULD HAVE BEEN GENUINE BUT AS IT WAS NOT OUR PROPERTY IT SEEMED ODD FOR THEM TO ASK US FOR PAYMENT. WERE THEY BOGUS I DO NOT KNOW BUT I DID MAKE THE OWNER AWARE. Apart from this, the holiday was great and i would definately stay here again such a brilliant finca a holiday home we all wished we had."
