Villa ( 250 m2 ) of two floors located in a residential urbanization near Palma de Mallorca near to the sea. Land of 740 m2., private heated swimmingpool of eight x four meters. Outdoor shower, terraces, bbq, covered terrace ( 35 m2 ). Private car parking. Central heating. Air conditioning hot and cold. Safe deposit box. Car recommended.

Las Palmeras is situated to the south of El Arenal and is a small resort with little development in a remote, isolated area. The city of Palma is a 20 minute drive and El Arenal is a five minute drive away. It is ten minutes from the airport. In the vicinity of Las Palmeras, the rods are scrambling to get to where Calo La Reina fans to enjoy fishing in the fullness of calm free from the crowd coast. On their rocks and boulders reach the few residents who are housed in it and those cuelan other costs, the transparent waters wash the rocks. The stairs leading to the plain of the beach where the view of the entire city and its bay delights the senses.

Sarah says: "Beautiful villa the pictures do not do it justice, its a lot bigger than it looks. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room to eat. The only problem we found was the location as there is not a lot around. The bus stop is not too far but you need to take two buses to get to Arenal (the nearest town) and taxis seemed to vary a great deal in price (6.50-16.50 Euros) We attempted to walk to Arenal as its not too far but its on a busy road with no pavements SO I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIRING A CAR OR BIKES!!! (bikes that come with apartment are not great) Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it to someone after a restful holiday. Also something to bear in mind- electricity meter is read on arrival and departure and we had to pay 0.20euro per unit which worked out at about 80euros for the week "
