Marbella to Gibraltar villa rental details

Tastefully furnished south facing 3 bedroom townhouse with pool
Great location, only 800 metres from the beach and surrounded by the countrys best golf courses.

Close to town and port of Estepona. 30 minutes drive to Gibraltar, 20 minutes to VALDERRAMA.
10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and Marbella.

Lovely quiet area with countryside and mountain views.
Many attractions and activities within minutes.

Luxurious and comfortable accomodation.
The house is new with lovely new furniture (it was the show house).
Located within a secure gated development with allocated car parking.

3 bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. Sleeps 6.

Sitting room has television/DVD/Video and Sky satellite.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking pool and tropical gardens.
Well equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.

South facing house - enjoy all that Spanish sunshine!
The terrace/patio is south facing with all day sun making it an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing meal or sunbathing.
Garden has a barbeque and patio furniture with parasol.
There is a shared pool, within a fenced area ensuring safety for children. The house looks out directly on to the pool, and a gate from the garden leads directly to the pool.

Bedding is not provided for the cot, so please bring your own with you. We also have a highchair for use by children up to 17kg. The house looks out over established tropical gardens and pool area from the patio garden. Its set in a lovely quiet area with countryside and mountain views from the bedrooms, yet close to beach, Town of Estepona and all its amenities. Great for families and parties of all ages.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets:	Pets are welcome. Please contact me if you have a pet. I dont mind small well behaved dogs that keep off the furniture, but the house and gardens are unsuitable for a large dog. You must be prepared to clean up fully any mess or hairs during your stay.
Wheelchairs:	Property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Swimming Pool:	Access to a shared south facing swimming pool.

Fiona says: "The property was lovely and had everything we needed. you definately need a car to get about in this location but are on the main road to everything which made it easy for excursions along the coast and to gibralter. The only gripe I would say is that the air con in the bedroom wasnt up to much but that was it. Would definately recommend the villa was lovely and perfect for our needs."
