2 Bedroom Air-Conditioned Apartment
A wonderful two bedroom ground floor apartment that has been tastefully furnished and fitted out to ensure you enjoy your stay. English television channels are available and air-conditioning has been fitted to keep you cool in the summer, and there are also heaters for the winter period. This apartment is large and very well designed to include a large front garden and a small balcony to the rear overlooking the landscaped communal areas and there is also a wonderful communal swimming pool and jacuzzi. Only 300M from the famous La Zenia beach this has to be the first choice for anyone who likes to be close to the beach on their holidays. The largest bay has all the facilities, beach bar, toilets, banana boat and pedalos. The apartment is in walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. La Zenia stretches from the blue flag beach back towards Villa Martin Golf Course and is one of the most sought after golf courses on the Costa Blanca there are two other golf courses within 15-20mins. The apartment has a very sunny balcony but if you would like some shade our front garden is a very cool place to relax in but also catches the morning sun and is ideal for evening BBQs. There is night time entertainment at the Hotel La Zenia which is five minutes walk. On a Saturday morning there is a market in Playa Flamenca which is within walking distance about 20 minutes, but five minutes by car
