For sun-lovers : dip in the pool, sunbathe on the sun-drenched patios (6 sun beds provided). When you need a break from the sun, just go to one of the covered terraces to read, have a drink or just snooze & daydream away. There is a table for six with six chairs + a bench on the upper terrace and a rustic garden table + two benches on the lower terrace.
Feel like sampling the local cuisine? Drive ten minutes through the neighbouring orange groves and you’ll find several superb Spanish restaurants where you can dine al fresco. Or take a 15-20 minutes drive to Denia and Javea (both very attractive and popular towns) where there are literally hundreds of restaurants/cafes/bars to choose from.

Situated in a stunningly attractive area, this detached, quiet and extremely large villa affords spectacular scenery dominated by the majestic Montgo mountain and overlooking the 18-hole La Sella golf course and the Mediterranean beyond. The perfect villa for families or couples who want a peaceful, relaxing holiday with easy access to local tourist attractions and the historical towns of Denia, Javea, Calpe, Altea and Guadalest. A very private villa in rural setting and yet only 5-20 minutes drive to all facilities : beaches, water sports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, bar/restaurants, markets, shops, castles and nightlife.
The villa is detached and not overlooked.
The private pool (also not overlooked) and the large sun-trapped terrace enjoy all-day sunshine.
A summer kitchen & adjacent shower room are located right by the pool.
Two large covered terraces provide shaded areas.
A large garage and large driveway offer ample car parking. All rooms are bright and airey and all with reputedly one of the best views on Costa Blanca.
There are three bedrooms and two living rooms - the 2nd living room (with a double sofa bed) can be shut off and turned into a large 4th bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All the above rooms are air-conditioned. Indoor, there are two bathrooms with shower & WC & bidet, one extra toilet & there is one outdoor shower room by the pool.
The villa is located in La Sella, one of the best-run and well-maintained urbanisations on the coast. There is a 24-hour security guard posted at the entrance.
Apart from the busy months of July and August, the villa can be let as a two or three or four bedroom property = reduced price for smaller parties. Your privacy is guaranteed, the villa is rented out to one group at a time. Please contact us for rates.

Fiestas and places of interest :-
There are numerous local fiestas to enjoy. Dont miss the famous Moors & Christains that each town and village celebrate at different times throughout the year.
One of the oldest bullrings is in Ondara, just a short drive from the villa.
The theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura and the water parks are a 30 minute drive away in Benidorm.
There are also caves to visit in Beniarbeig, Val dEbo and Adsubia.
Markets are held on different days in all the towns and villages.
The fabulous La Sella Golf, designed by Jose Maria Olazabal is just five minutes drive down the road, currently 18 holes but being extended to 27! Oliva Nova Golf, designed by Seve Ballesteros has 18 holes and is just 20 minutes’ drive away.
Walks can be enjoyed from the villa, whether it is mountain walking or just strolling through the orange groves. There are of course many many more walks in the region to be explored and enjoyed.
Cities, towns and restaurants :-
Valencia, a truly vibrant city, is just one hour drive away or let the train take the strain from Xeraco or Gandia at around five Euros return! As well as historic and architectural treasures, Valencia has theatres, museums, designer shops, the famous LOceanograrafic and of course the port that staged the 2007 America’s Cup!
Denia is full of eating places that serve tapas, paella, seafood, traditional local Spanish food & international restaurants 10+ supermarkets, four health food shops, butchers & daily fruit/veg/fish markets. A castle that overlooks the picturesque port with daily ferries to the Balearic Islands - take your car or go as a foot passenger. There are boat trips to the neighbouring coastal towns of Javea, Moraira & Calpe, each with their own charm.
Local fare : tapas, paella, seafood, traditional local Spanish food and many international restaurants to enjoy including Italian, Greek, Dutch, Indian and Chinese, all at incredibly good value.

The pool and bar areas are gorgeous have a drink/meal on the patio overlooking the golf course or pamper yourself with a spa, massage etc.
