Fuerteventura cottage rental details

Cosy little villa ideal for a relaxed holiday.
Villa La Laguna is located in La Oliva, Fuerteventura in a strategic point, being ten minutes away from the Lakes of the Cotillo and 15 minutes from the great beaches of Corralejo.

Cosy villa, attractively decorated and acclimated to create a comfortable, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere for our guests. Constructed on a large area and includes a wide terrace with dining table and chairs, private lagoon pool with sundeck inside the water and a garden area with native species of plants as well as local television and DVD.

50 m2 built including a sitting room with dining table and a kitchen fully equipped including crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. and tea towels as well as dish cloths provided; one double bedroom which includes the bathroom with shower in it,

Cotton bed linen, anti-allergic eiderdowns and hand towels, bath towels and shower mats provided as well. We suggest our clients to bring their own beach towels. The garden is fenced offering maximum privacy to guests.

John says: "We agree with all of Judiths review from Nov 2011. We loved the villa. It was very comfortable, idea for a couple, and excellent value for money. Juan and Elena were very welcoming and able to sort out any problems quickly. The electricity is provided by a wind turbine, and as Fuerteventura means Big Wind, it was almost constantly spinning. They have recently installed a new wide-screen television but the only satellite channels in English were SKY News & BBC News. We do like to watch Spanish TV on holiday, but couldnt pick up any Spanish channels, only mostly German. Juan will try to get the Satellite position moved. We found the gas hob top Travel Toaster provided (made in the UK by the Weird Wire Co http://www.traveltoasters.com/index_files/Page410.htm) worked brilliantly. The only disconcerting thing about the villa was the open plan toilet in the bedroom. It was difficult to find at night, as there were black-out blinds, without putting on the light and disturbing partner. Juan is thinking about boxing it in and installing a fan which would make the villa absolutely perfect. The bidet was also very useful. The outside space was large and quite special with lovely native plants, and peaceful (except for the birds chirping). We loved La Oliva Village and it took ten minutes to walk (mostly on pavements) from the villa to the main street, where we had many meals in Mucho Gusto Pizzeria, and the food was excellent. Returned to the UK very chilled and cant wait to return. Thank you Juan and Elena"
