Luxurious villa with private pool and driveway within lockable gates. Keeping you private and secure. The villa has a south facing kidney shaped pool with floodlights at night which give an extremely romantic feel in the heat of summer. The garden is a attractive oasis of exotic trees and plants

Inside the Villa
Showing comfortable and stylish interior with all mod cons incl. satellite tv, Sky, DVD. A FULL air conditioned system with cold or hot air. Extremely well equipped, as this villa is our second home. So its comfortable not just for you, but it is how we would want to spend a week or two.....in complete luxury!
Welcome packs with Milk, water, sugar etc.. available on request!

The Outdoors
Well lighted garden and internal pool lights make a very nice scene to unwind the days hard sunbathing! Very private sun terrace for the more adventurous sunbathers!

A beautiful area which is quiet, but loads of activity just a 5 minute walk away, if you want it! fantastic resturants, pubs even a nightclub, but all of this can be avoided if you just want to relax. Alicante is 20 mins away for all of the culture themes. Torreveija is probably the nightlife center of Spain, just 15 mins by car! Romantic villa with chandelier in its tower, or family hideaway with privacy and its own pool, night or day! choice is yours!

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double,2 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a single sofa bed located in the Wardrobe. This room gives up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking:	This is a non-smoking villa.
Pets:	Pets are welcome. No Big or dangerous dogs. Additional 500 GBP security deposit may be needed, depending on type of dog.
Wheelchairs:	Property is suitable for wheelchairs. The entire floor plan is on one level. There are just 4 steps up to the veranda where the front door is, otherwise the garden is on one level also. These are the only 4 steps on the entire plot (not counting the swimming pool steps going into the water!)
Swimming Pool:	A private south facing swimming pool.
