Location, Location, Location! This is a fantastically situated property.
La Manga Club is one of Europe's most famous golf and leisure resorts boasting three championship golf courses, a tennis academy and a football academy. In addition, some of the finest restaurants in the region are located on site and Murcia itself remains one of the jewels in the costa's crown with great beaches and uspoilt towns and villages to explore.

The property has limited sea views but does overlook a beautiful swimming pool area and windmill. The villa boasts a ground floor patio area accessible by French doors from the double, ensuite bedroom. The lounge area accesses the first floor balcony with built-in BBQ and the top floor leads to another balcony - again with built-in BBQ. Unlike some other properties, all bedrooms are accessible from within the property and NOT via external staircase.
