Very good access to beaches and sightseeing , In the ajacent town of Almunecar you can find a giant water park ideal for a day out for all the family,The apartment is conveniently close to the villages of Nerja ,Frigliana,Salobrena, and La Herradura ,being located in the province of Granada the area is realatively unspoilt and still retains a very traditiona Spanish feel
Visit the ancient city of Granada the last strongthold of the Moors leaving there legacy reflected in the local food dishes and customs
getting up to Granada now is made much easier with the opening of the new autovia from the coast right up to Granada . Also the caves of Nerja are only 12k down the new section of autovia a truly enjoyable day out
Idealy located for anybody wishing to play golf there are three golf courses about 45 mins drive away Los Moriscos , Salobrena 18 holes, Santa Clara just of the motorway on the way up to Granada championship length18 holes with realy wonderful views of the Sierra Nevadas as a back dro p ,and Anoreta just of the moterway on the way to Malaga 18 holes all the courses are not to expensive to play Or you may just wish to relax and spend time enjoying the sun on the terrace or around the swimming pool,
Eating out iether in La Herradura down in the port or in Almunecar you will discover a variety of choices of bars, cafes, restaurants or beach chiringitos all offering local dishes and international cuisine

The apartment is well appointed and set in a quiet urbanisation with a great pool close to the apartments but on a lowier level so there is never any noise from it.The views from the patio over the marina are stunning especially at night.Nothing beats having dinner while looking out to sea. It is a place where you can totally unwind while enjoying all the ammenities. The marina close by has excellent restaurants and there is a small beach which is delightful too.We often catch the bus into the town of La Herradura which is 10 minutes away and shop at the local market or eat in one of the many tapas bars.The town has a great atmosphere, very Spanish and very friendly. The bus driver will pick you up and dro p you off just along from the urbanisation on the main road so a car is not a necessity."
