Set in a beautiful location within easy walking distance to everything .
A lovely well appointed apartment in a wonderful location for a relaxing holiday .
The downstairs apartment opens onto the pool with a large living/dining room , double bedroom and fully fitted kitchen.and all your home comforts.
There is a seperate summerhouse as the 2nd bedroom with its own shower room,private patio and roof terrace with full size pool table.approx 20m from the apt ..please note it is not in sight of the apt....
There are three folding beds and a travel cot that can be used in the summerhouse or downstairs to suit..
The travel cot is available as the 8th bed at no extra cost..
Freeview on large flat screen and broadband internet...Air conditioning in the summer house.
No charge for cleaning on departure.

Local facilities
600m easy walking to the nearest bars ,restaurants and excellent supermarket catering for all international tastes.
800m to the lovely blue flag La Fustera beach and beach bar/restaurant..
2km from the vibrant Calpe and 7km from the quaint seaside town of Moraira.
The bus to both resorts stops at the supermarket at the end of the road with connections to Valencia and Alicante!

Suitable for up to 6 adults and 1 infant cot highchair and stairgate on request...at least 2wks notice Ceiling fans and electric fans provided. Full size pool table on he roof terrace. Views to the sea and the mountains and across to the Calpe rock!

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and a cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has single sofa beds located in the folding beds...for use in living room, a double sofa bed located in the main bed inthe summerhouse. This room gives up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment:
The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play radio.
A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
