Villa Jasmine our home in la Empedrola Calpe
This is a private villa available whilst the owner is attending an extended course in the UK. This is a permanent residence as opposed to a holiday home. Set amongst the Empedrola community on the outskirts of Calpe, this modern property has been stylishly furnished throughout and enjoys attractive well kept gardens which surround the swimming pool and sun terrace.

Great position away from the crowds
The villa is in an ideal position – not overlooked by neighbours and completely private. Covered car parking space. A superb built-in bbq and covered eating area overlooks the pool and is ideal for al fresco dining.

Close to Beaches and Town
Calpe and its wide variety of facilities and sandy beaches can be found within a ten minute drive.

Sleeping:
The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double,2 twin and a cot, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. This room gives up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General:
villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment:
The villa has television. The music system will play radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking:	Smoking is allowed in this villa.
Pets:	Pets are welcome. Normally we would not accept pets however, we will on request, accept small dogs eg,Yorkshire terriers or Poodles, but guests are required to ensure they do not foul the garden area.
Wheelchairs:	Property is suitable for wheelchairs. The property is on one level except for the main entrance, where there are four steps, otherwise there are no obstacles for wheelchairs.
Swimming Pool:	A private south facing swimming pool.
