Inside the Apartment
The Lounge/Dining room has two ceiling fans and is furnished with a large comfortable corner settee that makes into a full double bed, dining table with four chairs, sideboard and large wall mirror, coffee table, touch lamp, Television with Sky installed, channels include BBC one and 2, Itelevision one and 2, Channel four and 5, three Sport channels, Sky news and 15 radio channels including BBC radio 2. There is also a Panasonic DVD player that will also play DVD-RAM, CDs and MP3s. A good selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs are provided.
The lounge contains an air conditioning unit (cold and hot) which will cool the apartment in summer and provide welcome heat in the winter months. There is a charge of £20 per week if air- conditioning is required. This is payable on booking or arrival at the apartment.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets, a double fitted wardrobe, a large set of drawers, ceiling fan and a full length mirror. There are also two bedside touch lamps, a clock radio alarm, Television and a DVD player.
The second bedroom has two single beds, a double fitted wardrobe, a set of drawers, bedside cabinet, ceiling fan and bedside touch lamp.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, fan assisted oven, ceramic hob, kettle, water filter, bread maker, juicer and toaster. All cookware, crockery and cooking utensils are provided.
The bathroom is fully tiled with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, and a vanity unit with illuminated mirror. A shaver adaptor is provided.
The kitchen leads to a gallery with washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a clothes airer ideal for drying wet bath and beach towels.
Outside the apartment
A penthouse apartment with private roof solarium furnished with all the comforts of home, to a very high standard for up to six people. Wonderful sea views from the balcony and roof solarium towards Torrevieja. Sun light streams into the apartment from the front and the back making it a very light and airy apartment.
At the front of the apartment is a large balcony with a patio table and six chairs and sea views towards Torrevieja.
Steps lead to a large roof solarium with wonderful sea views towards Torrevieja. A table with six chairs and parasol and four sun loungers are also provided for soaking up the rays. A large gas barbeque is provided but must be left clean if used. The solarium is very private and is not overlooked by any other property. It has the sun all day.
There is a shared pool behind the apartment with a shallow pool for the children. There is grassed area behind the pool with plants and rockeries.
Other facilities
There is an alarm, safe, securely cemented into the wardrobe floor with key and digital code and window locks fitted for your security.
Additional items include two clothes dryers on the roof terrace, all bed linen with all season duvets (tog values 4.5, 10.5 and 15), tea towels, hairdryer, beach tent and cool box. Please bring your own beach towels. The fans in the apartment are very quiet and efficient
The apartment is suitable for families, couples golfing and sun worshippers. It is the end apartment on the top floor of a three storey block and is therefore unsuitable for people with walking difficulties.
Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non smoking. Smoking is permitted outside only and ashtrays are provided
Rental periods are flexible to fit in with low cost flights and we will also try and be flexible with arrival and departure times if requested. We appreciate the difficulty of having time to kill with luggage at these times. This will however depend on the arrival of any guests and the need to have the apartment cleaned between rental periods.
Visitors to the apartment must agree to abide by the community rules. A copy of these can be found in the apartment or can be fowarded to you on request.
No cleaning charge will be made providing the apartment is left clean and tidy at the end of the stay. Towels and bedding should be washed if time and weather permit. Any extra cleaning necessary will be taken from the deposit.
Airport pickups can be arranged along with a welcome pack at an extra charge. Please ask for details.
