Interior
There is a large comfortable open plan lounge area with a generous L-shaped sofa, Flat screen television, playstation and a large dining area to comfortably seat six people.
Off the lounge you have your own private attractive garden which has the most wonderful views of the Mijas countryside and the five star La Cala Golf Resort . It’s the ideal place for sunbathing or dining al fresco on the large patio area complete with dining for six people.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances completed to a very high standard.
There are two large twin bedrooms each with their own private en-suite inclusive of a second private balcony area on the second floor. On the third floor is the double bedroom complete with en-suite and private balcony where you can relax and take in the breathtaking views.
Please note that a car is recommended due the rural location of this property.
Exterior
The complex is surrounded by attractive gardens and tropical plants. There is a large swimming pool and children’s pool with excellent lawned gardens ideal for sunbathing.
Monte Alto is just perfect and highly recommended for those looking for a luxurious property in the heart of the five Star La Cala Golf resort.
There is private car parking with the property.
The Area
There are numerous bars and restaurants in the area offering a wide variety of cuisines to suit all tastes. In addition, there are the superb "beach bars" in La Cala serving fresh fish of the day where you can sit and watch the world go by.
The five Star golf resort is a minute drive away with on site restaraunt/bar and clubhouse along with tennis/football and three golf courses to keep you entertained.
La Cala village can be reached by car in 15 minutes where you will find supermarkets, car hire shops, newsagents, medical centres, and numerous places to exchange your money . There are some excellent restaurants and a blue flag beach.
The Water Park, Horse Racing (The only course in Spain), Go Karting, Dolphin Centre, Zoo, and Adventure parks are all within easy reaching distance.
Close by are Fuengirola, Cabopino, Marbella, Puerto Banus & Benalmadena which are a must to visit. All have their own very special character and cater for all tastes from shopping through to culinery delights to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable.
In addition there is also Gibralter for tax free shopping which is only a short trip away and Mijas Village about 15 minutes in a car which is a glorious little spanish village great for wonderful views of the countryside & is known to all as the white villages of Mijas.
