The Property
This large villa is in a great location for a holiday on the Mijas Costa in Torrenueva next to La Cala. There is easy car parking to the side of the villa with steps up to the villa. There is a large pool with plenty of sunbeds and a separate apartment with its own entrance and provides a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom plus a kitchen. Upstairs there is a second terrace with purpose built stone barbeque and dining area under the shady terrace. Inside the house there is a large lounge with plenty of comfortable seating with English Sky television. The dining area is close to the well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms on this level one king-size, a double and a twin. The master bedroom is en suite. All of the main area of the house is air conditioned, however, the lower level separate apartment provides electric fans, We recommend this villa for family villas in a good location and offers value for money.










The villa is located in an area called Torrenueva and is within easy walking to La Cala town, the beach, bars restaurant and supermarkets. There is easy car parking for up to three cars with the property. Torrenueva has a lovely sandy beach called “el Bomba” and there are any beach side restaurants to be found here. The airport is also only a 35 minute drive and Marbella and Puerto Banus are also just a 20 minute drive. The popular area of Benalmadena port with its busy bars and nightclubs is also a ten minute drive. There are many good beaches in the area plus water parks and Adventure Park.
