A Spanish Hideaway
This delightful Spanish style apartment is located in a small whitewashed complex less than tenminutes walking distance from the small town of La Cala, and it’s attractive beach, and a five minute drive from the lively resort of Fuengirola. The complex itself is quiet and friendly having only 50 units - a high percentage of which are owned and occupied by British couples.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, with wonderful views of the sea and surrounding area. As the owners own holiday home it is tastefully decorated and well equipped to provide a comfortable and convenient base for a perfect holiday.

The apartment has two Bedrooms – one Double, one Twin – both with Large Built-in Wardrobes
1 Shower room with WC. Fully equipped kitchen. Airy Lounge with Colour television (Satellite) & Radio Hi-fi
Open-plan to Dining Area for four leading to a Large South Facing Balcony with great Sea Views.

Love at First Sight
We immediately fell in love with La Cala when we visited just over a year ago - and subsequently fell in love with this lovely apartment.

We wanted an apartment which had good access to the surrounding towns, beaches and attractions, without having to drive - this is what we got. The beach and town are 5-10 mins walk, and everywhere else is easliy accessed via the local buses.

We also wanted a holiday home that was out of the ordinary - one that you couldn't mix-up with any other - and that's what we got! Entering the lounge you can't fail to be impressed by the extremely high ceiling which creates a great sense of space and air. The rooms are of good size and extremely well decorated and furnished. But we spend most of our time on the large balcony which fronts the Whitewashed low-rise building, overlooking the gardens full of fiery flowers, and watching the ships sail by!

Extremely well furnished and equipped. Cool and airy in summer with electric fans in most rooms. Cosy in winter with more than adequate heating to keep any winter visiters snug and warm.
